Terms and Conditions:

The payment must be authorised each week and must be valid for you to be entitled to the “Cylinder Insurance” plan.

You are not covered if the cylinder is lost or stolen and you will not be covered on getting your full deposit back on the cylinder if you go over the time allowed to keep the cylinder.

You agree that you are only covered for what is stated above and anything such as fire, extreme weather conditions and gross negligence is not covered in this plan.

All payments of 99p must be authorised and accepted every week for this plan to be valid, if a week is missed at any time this plan will be terminated from your account.

If anything like stated in the above list occurs and the handle breaks on the cylinder or there is paint, shipping labels or graffiti on the bottle, or the bottle is returned to us without suitable packaging you are still entitled to your full deposit back and no surcharges will apply to you as you have taken out this “Cylinder Insurance” plan.

This plan is only valid on one cylinder, if you have multiple cylinders with us this plan will only count for the one you bought it for as this plan is only an add-on for single cylinders. If you want to cover all of your cylinders with the “Cylinder Insurance” plan you must pay 99p per week on every bottle you have from us.

If you cancel this plan at anytime whilst you still have the cylinder in your possession the plan will be terminated from your account and standard surcharges will still apply to you. Please note you cannot purchase this plan when you are in possession of the cylinder you must only purchase this plan before the cylinder is in your possession so that we can inspect it before the cylinder is in your hands.
